When are bookings released?

We typically do an event once a month on a select Saturday evening and normally release bookings two to three weeks in advance.

What does my booking include?

Your booking includes food and fun. Beverage pairings are available for purchase at an additional cost. We have also included a 20% service charge for your convenience. Please arrive within 10 minutes of your booking time.

What if I want to BYOB?

We encourage guests to BYOB, but please take note that a corkage fee of $20 will be applied. A limited amount of wine will be available by the glass and bottle for a donation.

Where is The Liquor Store located?

We have operated out of Avedanos, Light Rail Studios, St. Francis Fountain and other locations. The Liquor Store changes venues, to fit the theme.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?

We gladly accommodate most dietary restrictions and food allergies with advanced notice. If you didn't fill in this information during the questions when you booked, please email any allergies and dietary restrictions to contact@theliquorstore-sf.com and include your confirmation number.

What happens if I am running late?

Send us an email at contact@theliquorstore-sf.com if you are running late. Please note that arriving more than fifteen minutes late may result in missing part of your experience.

Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation if I am no longer able to come?

Per the policy stated on our website, all sales are final and non-refundable. You may transfer your reservation to another guest, however, requests to reschedule or cancel a reservation are at the sole discretion of management. We kindly ask for a minimum notice of a week for any request to cancel or reschedule. For assistance, please email contact@theliquorstore-sf.com

Can I give my booking away instead of transferring it on this site?

Because we contact all guests before they dine with us, we request that all bookings are formally transferred through our site. Log in to your account, navigate to “My Account”, select “Your Booking” and click the “Transfer” button next to the experience you would like to transfer.

How do I transfer a booking?

To transfer a booking, log into your Tock account at profile.tocktix.com. Once logged in, select "Your Bookings" on the upper right. To transfer a booking, click the "Transfer" button next to the specific booking. Note, you can only transfer bookings to another guest who has a Tock account.

Why bookings instead of reservations?

Bookings allow us to guarantee your reservations and better understand how long you plan to be with us that night. By eliminating no-shows, requiring pre-payment and/or deposits, and varying the price by time and day we are able to create a predictable and steady flow of patrons allowing us to offer a great deal more than would otherwise be possible at these prices.

Why is a service charge added to pre-paid booking?

For your convenience, all processing fees have been automatically calculated. No checks will be presented at the conclusion of the meal unless you order beverages a la carte.
